Is your hair Raw or Virgin?

We offer raw and virgin Vietnamese hair, depending on the product.

  • Raw hair is unprocessed, single-donor hair with natural texture.

  • Virgin hair is lightly steam-processed to create uniform patterns like Body Wave, Deep Curly, or Water Wave.

All Sembrielle Tresses extensions are cuticles intact, long-lasting, and ethically sourced.

What is HD lace?

HD lace is an ultra-thin, transparent lace that melts seamlessly into the skin, creating the most natural and undetectable hairline. It blends beautifully with all skin tones and is ideal for closure and frontal installs.

How long does the hair last?

Our hair is designed for long-term wear, multiple installs, and regular styling. With proper care:

  • Raw hair: 3–5+ years

  • Virgin hair: 2–3 years

How many bundles do I need for a full install?

Straight can use fewer bundles; curly textures require more density. For a natural, full look:

  • 12–20 inches: 3 bundles

  • 22–30 inches: 3–4 bundles (we suggest 4 bundles to achieve that extra fullness, flawless blending, and a richer, more luxurious finish)

Do you offer custom wig orders?

Yes. We do accept custom wig orders. If you are interested in a custom unit (length, texture, lace size, density, or color), please email us at info@sembrielletresses.com with your request and any reference photos. Our team will review your inquiry and respond with availability, pricing, and next steps.

What closure and frontal sizes do you offer?

Each lace piece is crafted for versatility, seamless blending, and a natural finish. We carry:

  • Closures: 2×6, 4×4, 5×5, 6×6, 7×7 (HD).

  • Frontals: 13×4 and 13×6 (HD).

Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

Yes — all of our hair can be colored, but the level of lift depends on whether you choose Virgin or Raw hair.

Raw hair is completely unprocessed, so it can handle bleaching much better than virgin hair. It can be lightened to much brighter blonde shades and takes color extremely well when done by a professional:

Best for:

  • Going lighter

  • Bold color transformations

  • High-quality bleaching and toning

Virgin hair can still be dyed or bleached, but not as light as raw hair. Because the curl/wave pattern is created with steam, it can only lift to a moderate blonde before the hair risks dryness or damage:

Best for:

  • Brown shades

  • Honey or caramel blondes

  • Darker color deposits

How long is processing time?

Bundles & closures/frontals: 3-5 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

What is your return or exchange policy?

All sales are final. Unused orders may be eligible for exchange in rare cases, but we do not accept returns on worn, installed, or altered hair.

How do I care for Sembrielle Tresses hair?

  • Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner

  • Detangle gently from tips to roots

  • Deep condition regularly

  • Allow hair to air-dry when possible
